Ex - Heritage Numismatic Auctions, Inc.'s "Texas Collection," January 4, 2001, Lot 4287, where it was described as follows: "1882 $100 Second Charter Date Back, Fr-571, Fine. Tightly, but evenly cut with excellent body for the grade. The pen signatures are especially bold and the only obstacle we can see to a full VF rating is occasional light soiling at the margins. Prior to the release of a handful of Second Charter $50s and $100s from this Webb County bank, first title notes were difficult enough to be missing from the Irish collection, even though the change to The First National Bank of Laredo was not made until January, 1924. Just four first title notes occupy the Kelly census. Any Texas National of this denomination and type is certain to cause a stir when it crosses the auction block.

Ex: Everson Collection (Lyn F. Knight, 2/97), lot 1533"
